I was also there and stayed in Victoria and spent a lot of time in that area. It wasn't more than a couple of years later it calapsed

Eek. That was obviously before it fell down, stranding a couple on the sea stack!!

The bridge collapsed in January 1990. Access to the bridge was blocked by poles that prevented wider vehicles from driving onto the natural bridge. The 2cv was able to drive between the poles. I saw one 2cv on the bridge at that time. I was a support crew with Ron Westwood in his 4wd. I recently completed a rerun of RAID Australia 2008 in my Acadiane Mixte. Ralph Hibble now 82 and still raiding and planning for RAID Australia 2024.
